Vellajo Acrylic Retarder. Mix with acrylic colours to a maxmium of 10-90 ratio. Increases open/drying time. Useful for blending and shading or wet-in-wet techniques. Fantastic for layering up colours, and playing with texture and tone. Reduces skin formation on the palette.
